How big is the Teleport when folded — is it actually portable?

Packed down it measures 6″ tall and 13” wide— roughly the size of a shoebox. This is 40% of its full size and comes with both a shoulder strap and luggage strap, making it easy to carry between vehicles, store in a boot, or bring onboard a flight.

How heavy is the Teleport?

Will this seat fit three across in my car?

Expanded, the Teleport is 14.5″ wide. It fits most standard rear positions. For three-across or compact middle seats, measure the width between seatbelt buckles to ensure it is at least 14.5″ before purchasing.

How do I set up the Teleport — is it complicated?

Setup is three steps: push the button to extend the seat, raise the red belt guides, then attach the abdominal shield to the seatbelt. The instruction card in the box walks through each step with diagrams.

Where should the abdominal impact shield go?

Slide the abdominal shield down to the bottom of the diagonal section of the seatbelt, over the child’s hip area. The lap belt should run flat through both red guides. If the shield is twisted or too high, the belt will sit incorrectly.
